C. Warren Nerz spent the first 10 years of his career as a Project Engineer for a major national general contractor. Warren worked on construction projects in New York, Texas and Indiana. Most recently, he was the Project Engineer on the Belmont Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Indianapolis, IN. Warren’s construction experience has provided him with familiarity with the construction industry.
Warren currently represents a variety of contractors in the Central Indiana area. Warren has performed legal services relating to many prominent construction projects in central Indiana area including Lucas Oil Stadium, the downtown Marriott Hotel, the Carmel Performing Arts Center, the Indianapolis Convention Center, Ivy Tech College, Ezkanazi Hospital, and various school projects. Warren’s construction services include construction contract review and negotiation, mechanics lien preparation and foreclosure, construction dispute resolution, and construction litigation.
